grischka bbLean 1.16

bbLean is an advanced version of Blackbox for Windows, which is a popular WindowManager on Linux systems.
It fully supports the styles from the Linux version. It has a menu system with user frienly popup delay, support for shellfolders, rightclick context menus, scrolling with button or mousewheel, drag and drop and keyboard navigation.
